Every college-owned vehicle shall be licensed with a public agency, tax-exempt license plate ("E" plate) except for the president's vehicle and KLCC vehicles.

Every college-owned vehicle shall be identified on each side (and on the rear if appropriate) with the logo of the college permanently affixed to the vehicle except for the president's vehicle and KLCC vehicles.  Budget authorities may add such items as department or project names at their discretion.

The color of college vehicles shall be a matter to be determined by the budget authority purchasing the vehicle.  The default (preferred) color is white.
