Narrative: 

Lane Community College has established an on-line public employee directory. Because Lane Community College is a public employer, employee's name and departmental contact information is considered to be public information.

The directory includes the following departmental information: employee's first (or preferred) name, last name, position title, department, address, phone number and email.

All active employees in the following categories shall be listed in the employee directory: contracted faculty, part-time credit faculty, contracted classified, regularly scheduled hourly classified employees, and all managers.

Employees may request to be excluded from the employee directory only for reasons of personal safety.  To request exclusion, an employee must complete an Employee Directory Exclusion Form and submit it to Human Resources. To list your preferred first name, contact Human Resources.
