A student who wants to audit a class must pay regular tuition rates and may indicate that option when registering through ExpressLane as a schedule change during the first eight weeks of the term.

Changes from audit to credit must be processed within the same time period, and may require additional payment for out-of-state and international students.

Students who choose audit and wish to change to credit may find that the instructor has no basis for making a grade determination.  The instructor has no obligation to provide additional instruction, tests, etc., to accommodate a grade request.

Audit is a student option and may not be awarded by an instructor.
